Established in 2006,Jiangsu Shuguang Dilling Tools Co.,Ltd.is specialized in producing blank and it is a rural enterprise which is solely invested by Shuguang Group. It mainly produces API and H series tool joints, high torque tool joints, double-shoulder tool joints, sour service tool joints, crossover sub and so on. The annual output may reach more than 100,000 pairs, producing GPDS series, HT series and XT series tool joints, XL Viper blank for ocean exploration.
Our company covers 15000 m2, including 15000 m2 for workshop. There are currently 170 people, including 15 administrators. And the main equipment is as follows: High efficiency electric heating furnace, precision lathe, D52-1200 horizontal type grinds the link machine, YQ32-1250 four column hydraulic press and so on. In 2007, the company will improve the technical transformation and devote itself in the new products' development, thus bringing the market share of Viper into a higher position.
